We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and payments through PayPal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to charge your credit card.


We value our customers and respect their privacy. We do not share your information with third parties under any circumstances.


Our products ship via US Priority Mail to inside the USA only. Orders will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement. If you have a special delivery request, please contact us.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and U.S. Territories, please contact us.

Our shipping rates are flat fees based on total items purchased

  • 15-25 items - $11.95
  • 26-50 items - $16.95

Additional shipping may apply to large orders.


We will make an exchange or give a merchandise credit if you are not satisfied with our product.

• All returns or exchanges MUST be made within 10 business days from receipt of your order.

• Please contact us via phone or email for a return authorization number. Once the number is issued, the merchandise must be received by Savvy Cat Designs within 7 days. The return number must accompany the product being returned, along with the original receipt.

• Depending on the reason for return and circumstances, we will either issue a merchandise credit, exchange for another product, or credit your credit card or PayPal account. This desicion will be at the sole discrescion of Savvy Cat Designs.

• Merchandise must be returned unused, in new condition, and in it's original packaging.

• Sale or custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping will not be refunded. Customer must pay for all return shipping.

• The original copy of your sales receipt must accompany your return/exchange.

• Returns can only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

• The refund process could take up to 30 business days to complete.


Sales tax in the amount of 6.35% of the total is charged to all orders shipped to Connecticut.


Most items are in stock. However, once in a while some products may be backordered. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship orders as they are available and backorder any items not in stock. We will advise you of any items not available within one business day of your order. If you do not wish to purchase the backordered item, you must let us know within 7 days of the backorder notification.
